Mapping an entire automotive ecosystem before a dollar was committed.

Field research at an automotive parts ecosystem

A national automotive parts supplier needed to understand the full ecosystem of their business before committing to a multi-year digital transformation. I led a nine-month, three-phase research program mapping the experience of motorists, repair shops, and parts stores across three states.

The findings unified executive stakeholders across divisions for the first time and became the foundation for the transformation program.
